Professor of law and member of the Warsaw Bar Association. Of counsel to our office for many years. Lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. A long-time Director of the Institute of Criminal Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration. An arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce. An expert in the field of criminal law – substantive and procedural. Author and co-author of numerous publications, including criminal procedure textbooks and the Criminal Procedure Law System as well as many other books, articles and commentaries, which were published in renowned legal journals.
For 27 years of his career as an attorney, he has represented clients in high-profile and complex criminal cases, both as a defense and victim attorney, including white collar crime cases. He filed numerous appeals to the Supreme Court. He advised our office’s key clients as well as prepared legal memoranda on criminal law.
