Maciej Kruszyński, attorney, partner

 

Maciej Kruszyński specializes in litigation and arbitration. In recent years he has represented the firm’s most important clients in court proceedings concerning: infrastructure projects, unfair competition, company law and state liability for damages caused by exercising public authority. Alongside professor Adam Brzozowski and professor Wojciech Kocot, Maciej Kruszyński works on cassation acts appealed to the Supreme Court and takes part in the proceedings. During his career as a lawyer he has gained the experience in white-collar criminal cases too, whilst working with professor Piotr Kruszyński.

2003-2008 – University of Warsaw, Faculty of Law and Administration, diploma with distinction
2006-2007 – American Law Centre at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, best student of the year
since 2008 – extramural PhD studies in the Institute of Civil Law, Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw
2009-2012 – attorney’s training in the Chamber of Attorneys in Warsaw
2012 – exam for an attorney, registration in the list of attorneys

2005-2006 – Legal counselling in Academia Iuris Foundation, volunteer
2007 – Apprenticeship in the law firm “Linklaters T. Komosa i Wspólnicy” Spółka Komandytowa, with the registered office in Warsaw
2008-2009 – lawyer in the Attorney’s Office of Bogdan Borkowski in Warsaw
